Another thing I love to do it cook. If I had the resources I would open my own little place whether it be a small café or a food truck. I can cook all day and be happy. I am still learning a lot of different spices and which ingredients go well together, but in my years of cooking, I think I have come a long way. 

It is a little harder to experiment now since I have diabetes and a lot of ingredients are off the table, but I try my best to find close substitutes. I did cheat a little for the above picture. This is steak with a mushroom sauce hash-browns and broccoli with a cheese sauce. It was delicious.  I would like to start a recipe page on this website to show off the beautiful pictures of the food and share the recipes with other. Please submit your best food pics and recipes here and I will feature it on a food page.

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra phone. The phone has a lot of great features, but the best thing is the camera. It is one of - if not the best camera out there on a smartphone. When I took a picture, I was amazed at the quality and detail of the pictures I was taking. You can zoom up to 100% and literally see the moon like it is right in front of you. Look at the picture above. I have always loved artsy things, like taking pictures, creating blogs and websites and writing articles. Mostly as a hobby, but when I saw how amazing the pictures looked, I thought maybe I can start to take pictures as a side gig especially since I have been looking to earn some extra cash. My pup stares at him in awe. They will follow each others move, it is very cute.
