Another thing I love to do it cook. If I had the resources I would open my own little place whether it be a small café or a food truck. I can cook all day and be happy. I am still learning a lot of different spices and which ingredients go well together, but in my years of cooking, I think I have come a long way.  It is a little harder to experiment now since I have diabetes and a lot of ingredients are off the table, but I try my best to find close substitutes. I did cheat a little for the above picture. This is steak with a mushroom sauce hash-browns and broccoli with a cheese sauce. It was delicious.  I would like to start a recipe page on this website to show off the beautiful pictures of the food and share the recipes with other.
